1-Person Hemlock Far Infrared Sauna with 7 Panels, LED Lights and Bluetooth

A deluxe one-person far infrared sauna in natural hemlock, made for solo sessions at home. Seven far infrared panels surround you with dry warmth, LED color lights set the mood, and Bluetooth audio lets you play music or a podcast while you relax.

With a footprint of 35.83 x 39.37 in (91 x 100 cm), it fits into a spare room, bedroom corner or home gym. Check the plug, circuit and exterior dimensions below so you know it suits your room.

Using an infrared cabin is simple: switch it on, give the cabin time to warm, then step in and sit back against the backrest. Because there is no water on stones, the air stays dry. Many people bring a towel to sit on and keep a glass of water ready for afterward, and sessions can be as short or as long as feels comfortable.

When choosing a spot, pick a level floor in a dry room near the outlet you plan to use, and leave a little space around the cabin so air can move freely.
