1-Person Canadian Hemlock Far Infrared Sauna with Bluetooth

A 1-person far infrared sauna built from Canadian hemlock in a natural wood finish. It suits solo users who want a compact cabin for a spare room, bedroom corner or home gym.

How an infrared cabin feels. Instead of a stove and rocks, infrared panels in the walls warm your body and the bench around you. The air stays cooler than in a traditional Finnish sauna, which many people find comfortable for longer, quieter sessions. Most owners let the cabin warm up for a short while, sit on a towel, and finish with a cool shower. There is no water to throw and no stones to look after.

Day to day. Sit on a towel, keep a bottle of water nearby, and start with shorter sessions, adding time as you get used to the heat. Leave the door ajar afterward so the wood can dry.

Before you buy

• Exterior dimensions and electrical requirements are not listed here; confirm them from the product documents before ordering.
• Place it on a flat, level, dry floor indoors with a little air space around the cabin.
• Confirm the electrical service your unit needs and that the outlet or circuit is dedicated and in good condition; use an electrician if you are unsure.

Care

Wipe the bench and backrest with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth after use, use a towel on the bench, and leave the door open for a while so the cabin airs out. Avoid harsh cleaners on the bare wood.
