How to choose a 4 person sauna

A four-person sauna is the step up from a couple's cabin. It suits a family, or two people who want room to lie down. Capacity ratings are often given as a range, such as 3–4, 4–5 or 4–6 people. Infrared or traditional

Infrared cabins warm you with heater panels and run at lower air temperatures. Traditional saunas heat the room with a heater and stones, and you can throw water for steam. A four-person traditional room needs a bigger heater than a small cabin. Several here use an 8 kW stove on a 240V circuit.
