Products and suppliers

SaunaMoose products ship directly from the brands and suppliers that make or stock them. Shipping times, return terms and warranty coverage can differ between products. The terms shown on each product page, our Shipping policy and our Refund policy apply to your order.

Product descriptions, dimensions and specifications are provided by each brand or supplier. We try to keep them accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or error-free. Please confirm electrical and installation requirements with a licensed electrician or contractor before you buy.

Orders and pricing

Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Use of saunas and heat products

Saunas, heaters, cold plunges and related products should be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before using a sauna or cold plunge if you have any health concerns.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SaunaMoose is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
