About SaunaMoose

A sauna store with a Finnish point of view

SaunaMoose is an online sauna store. We think about saunas the Finnish way: a hot room, a good heater, a bucket of water for löyly, and a cool-down afterward. Our moose mascot is a nod to the northern forests where that tradition comes from.

We also know not everyone has room for a wood-fired cabin by a lake. So we carry saunas for apartments, basements, backyards and campsites, along with heaters, accessories and cold plunges.

How ordering works

Every product ships directly from the brand or supplier that makes or stocks it. That lets us offer a wide range without holding everything in one warehouse. A few things follow from that:

  • Most orders ship within 1–4 business days of ordering. Transit time varies by product and destination.
  • Large saunas may ship by freight carrier. See our Shipping policy for what to expect on delivery day.
  • An order with items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.
  • Returns and warranty follow the terms of each brand or supplier. Contact us before returning anything and we will point you the right way.

Free tools

Picking a heater comes down to room volume. Our free sauna heater size calculator works out the volume of your sauna room and the heater output range that fits it. Our sauna electrical guide explains the difference between 120V plug-in saunas and 240V hardwired heaters, so you know what to ask your electrician.
