1-Person Red Cedar Far Infrared Indoor Sauna with Bluetooth, Low EMF

A one-person far infrared sauna in red cedar, built for a spare room, bedroom or office corner. Eight low EMF panels warm the cabin on a standard 120V plug, and Bluetooth audio, LED lighting and a touch control panel make it easy to settle in.

Infrared cabins typically run at lower air temperatures than a traditional sauna, and many people find that easy to settle into. There are no rocks to heat and no water to ladle: switch it on, let the cabin warm up, and sit back with a towel on the bench and a glass of water within reach. It is an easy habit to fit into a weekday evening.
