Shipping policy

SaunaMoose ships orders within the United States. Every order ships directly from the brand or supplier that makes or stocks the product.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–4 business days of ordering. Some products, especially large saunas, can take longer to prepare. If a product page lists its own lead time, that lead time applies.

Transit time

Transit time varies by product, carrier and destination. Small items usually travel by parcel carrier. Large saunas may ship by freight carrier, which typically takes longer than parcel delivery.

Orders with items from more than one supplier

Our products ship from several different brands and suppliers. If your order includes items from more than one of them, it may arrive in separate packages on different days. You may also receive more than one shipping email.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email tracking details if the carrier provides them. If you have not heard from us within a few business days of ordering, contact us and we will check on it.

Freight delivery for large items

Large saunas and some heavy items may ship by freight carrier instead of a parcel service. If your order ships by freight:

  • The carrier will usually contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please keep your phone and email reachable.
  • Freight delivery may be to the curb or driveway rather than inside your home. Check the product page and confirm with the carrier when they call, and plan for enough people or equipment to move the boxes.
  • Inspect every box before you sign. Count the pieces and look for crushed corners, holes or broken pallets.
  • If anything looks damaged or is missing, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign, take photos, and contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We pass the address you enter directly to the supplier, and a package sent to an incomplete or incorrect address may be delayed or returned. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can only change an address before the order ships.

We ship to addresses in the United States only, unless a product page states otherwise.
