The Mr. Steam Barrel Haus is a six-person outdoor barrel sauna with a classic Bavarian-inspired design. Its full-front glass, trimmed in black, keeps you connected to the garden, the trees or the snow while you sit in the heat.

The barrel shape keeps interior volume compact, which helps the heater bring the room up to temperature. It comes as a kit for assembly on your own site.

An outdoor sauna turns the backyard into a place to gather in every season. Many people enjoy a few rounds in the heat, stepping out between them for fresh air, a cool shower or a cold plunge, then finishing with a quiet rest. Snow, rain and long summer evenings all feel different from the bench, and the warm wood and soft steam make the whole ritual slower and calmer.

Placement makes a big difference outdoors. Pick a level spot with good drainage, some shelter from prevailing wind and a short path from the house so the walk feels easy in winter, and think about the view through the glass, too.
