Hemlock Far Infrared Indoor Sauna, Low EMF

A far infrared sauna room built in hemlock, listed as low EMF, with a natural wood finish. Far infrared heating panels warm you directly, so there is no stove, stones or water to manage and the cabin stays dry.

It suits anyone who wants a straightforward infrared sauna for a spare room, basement or home gym.

Infrared cabins run at lower air temperatures than a traditional sauna, which many people find easy to settle into for a longer, quieter session. With no stones or water to manage, the routine stays simple: switch it on, give it a short warm-up, lay a towel on the bench and step in. Keep a glass of water close by, and leave the door ajar for a few minutes afterward so the wood can breathe. It is the kind of sauna that slips easily into an ordinary weeknight.

Indoor saunas like this are at home in a spare bedroom, basement, garage corner or home gym. Choose a spot with a solid, level floor, a little breathing room around the cabin and easy access to the outlet, and think about the walk out afterward: a nearby shower or a comfortable chair to rest in makes the ritual complete.
