African Pine Indoor Sauna with Double Electric Stove and LED Lighting

An indoor sauna built in African pine (Oguman) with a natural pine finish, heated by a 3000W double stove and lit by built-in LED lighting. The interior measures 43.3 x 43.7 x 70.9 in (110 x 111 x 180 cm), with a sturdy full-width bench.

It suits a home that wants a classic, warm-toned sauna room in a basement, spare room or home gym.

A traditional sauna heats the air and a bed of stones, and a ladle of water over the rocks sends up a soft wave of löyly that changes the feel of the room. Many people enjoy a few rounds, cooling off in between with fresh air or a cool shower, then finishing with a quiet rest. The warm wood, the hiss of the stones and the slower pace are a large part of what makes a home sauna worth having.
