1-Person Solid Wood Infrared Sauna with 5 Broad-Spectrum Heating Plates, Natural

A compact 1-person infrared sauna in solid wood with a natural finish. Five broad-spectrum heating plates warm the cabin, and LED tube lighting gives a soft glow while you relax.

At 35.23 in wide, 27.55 in deep and 61.61 in high (89.5 x 70 x 156.5 cm) it is one of the smaller cabins you can fit at home, in a bedroom corner, office or apartment. It is a seated sauna with a 220 lb (100 kg) limit.

Using an infrared cabin is simple. Switch it on, give the panels some time to warm the room, then step in with a towel and a bottle of water. Because the heat is dry and gentle, many people like to read, listen to music or simply sit quietly. Keep sessions at a length that feels comfortable, and step out to cool down whenever you want.

Think about where the cabin will live before it arrives. A spot with good airflow, easy access to a shower or a place to cool down, and a nearby outlet or circuit makes everyday use more pleasant, and makes it more likely the sauna becomes part of your weekly routine.
