Portable Full-Body Far Infrared Sauna, 34.2 x 34.2 x 68.5 in

A full-height personal far infrared sauna sized for a home, apartment or training space. Unlike lower portable units, its taller form lets you sit fully inside with your head enclosed, so the warmth surrounds your whole body.

It is a practical choice if you want infrared heat without building a cabin or giving up a room. When you are done, it stays in the corner without the footprint of a wooden sauna.

Infrared cabins heat with panels that warm you directly, so they run at a lower air temperature than a stove sauna and need no water or stones. That makes them easy to fit into a busy week: switch on, settle in with music or quiet, and step out when you are ready. As a dry heat room, there is no steam to manage and upkeep is mostly a quick wipe-down.

Portable saunas are a low-commitment way into a regular sauna habit. They set up in a spare corner, take far less space than a cabin, and can be put away when guests arrive or the room is needed for something else.
