ZUNA Pro Far Infrared, PEMF and Red Light Sauna Dome

The ZUNA Pro is a portable sauna dome that combines far infrared heat, PEMF and red light lamps in a single unit. You lie under the dome rather than sitting in a cabin, which makes it a good fit for homes without space for a permanent sauna.

Portable units like this are made to pack away between sessions, so it can live in a closet and come out when you want to use it. It is a simple option for renters and smaller homes, where a full cabin is not practical.

Care

Let the dome cool, wipe the inside with a soft damp cloth, and allow it to dry before packing it away.

Sessions are easy to fit into an evening. Set it up on a bed or mat, switch it on and let it warm up, then settle in and relax with music, a podcast or simply some quiet. Start on a lower setting and a shorter session while you learn how it feels, and keep water within reach.

Afterward, give yourself a few minutes to cool down and take a shower. Then wipe it down, let it dry and put it away until next time, with no cabin to clean and no room to give up.

Compare with cabin-style infrared saunas.
