Wizzisauna SH02 2-Person Far Infrared Sauna

The Wizzisauna SH02 is a two-person far infrared sauna for home use. It suits couples, or one person who wants a little more room to stretch out, and fits into a spare room, basement or home gym.

Far infrared saunas heat with panels rather than a stove and stones. The panels warm you directly, so the air stays dry and the heat feels gentle, and there are no rocks to heat or water to ladle. Sessions are simple: switch on, let the cabin warm up, and settle in.

• Check the electrical requirements in the manual that ships with the sauna, and have an electrician confirm your outlet or circuit if you are unsure.
• Measure the room and every doorway on the delivery path before ordering, and leave a little clearance around the cabin.
• Place it on a flat, level, dry indoor floor.
• Plan for assembly; two people make it easier.

Care

Wipe the benches with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use and leave the door ajar so the wood dries.

A typical infrared session is calm and unhurried. Switch the cabin on, give it time to warm up, and settle in with a towel on the bench. Because the panels warm you directly rather than heating a big volume of air, the room feels softer than a traditional sauna, and it is easy to read, listen to music or simply sit quietly.

Keep a bottle of water nearby, step out whenever you have had enough, and finish with a shower or some time to cool down. Short, regular sessions are an easy habit to build when the sauna is just down the hall.
