A portable steam sauna is the simplest way to get steam at home: fill the steamer, plug it in, settle in and adjust the level as you go. Sessions fit easily into a busy evening, and when you are done the whole kit packs down into a closet or under a bed. Keep a towel on the chair and a glass of water within reach.
