9kW 220-240V Electric Sauna Heater with External Digital Controller and 3-Hour Timer

A 9kW electric sauna heater for a home or commercial sauna room of 317 to 459 cubic feet (9 to 13 m³). An external digital controller lets you set the temperature and a timer of up to three hours from outside the hot room.

It suits a mid-size traditional sauna where you want a dependable stove-and-stones heater with simple digital control. Stones are sold separately.

Choosing a heater is mostly about room volume. Measure the inside length, width and height of your sauna and multiply them to get cubic feet. Glass walls and uninsulated surfaces lose heat faster, so if your room has them, err toward the upper end of the heater's range.

An electric heater suits indoor rooms where a wood stove is impractical, and the external controller lets you set the room from outside so it is warm when you step in.

Before you buy

• This is a 220-240V heater; it will not run on a standard 120V outlet. Have a licensed electrician install the circuit.
• Measure your room volume to check it falls within 317 to 459 cu ft.
• Site conditions need to be evaluated before use, including clearances and ventilation.
• Order 33 lb (15 kg) of sauna stones separately.

Care

Check the stones periodically and replace any that crack or crumble so air keeps flowing through the heater.
