Collection: Mande Saunas

We carry 3 Mande ThermoWood outdoor traditional saunas from $6,599 to $8,999: the MW12, MW16 and MW20, each offered with a choice of heater, including Harvia Kip electric options and a Harvia M3 wood-burning stove on the MW20.

About Mande

We could not verify Mande's background on an official brand website, so we only describe what our listings show. Mande's saunas here are outdoor traditional saunas built from ThermoWood, a heat-treated timber with a darker tone that suits outdoor use, sold with a choice of heater configurations.

Mande models at SaunaMoose

All three Mande models are outdoor traditional saunas in ThermoWood. They differ mainly in the heater options you can order with them. Prices below are starting prices for the Standard configuration.

How to choose

  • Heater choice: all three come in a Standard configuration or with a Harvia heater. Confirm what the Standard option includes for heat before choosing it.
  • MW12 ($6,599): the entry model, with optional Harvia Kip 6.0 kW (built-in or Wi-Fi controller) or 8.0 kW (built-in controller).
  • MW16 ($7,699): optional Harvia KIP 6.0 kW with Wi-Fi controller or 8.0 kW with built-in or Wi-Fi controller. Lava rocks are included.
  • MW20 ($8,999): the only Mande here with a wood-burning option, the Harvia M3 with a full chimney set, plus Kip 8.0 kW electric options.
  • Wi-Fi control: available on selected Kip options for all three models, so you can manage the heater remotely.
  • Electric or wood: pick an electric Kip if you want push-button or Wi-Fi control; pick the MW20 with the Harvia M3 if you want a wood fire and have room for a chimney.
  • 6 kW or 8 kW: the MW12 and MW16 offer both. A larger room generally needs more heater output, so match the heater to the room volume before you order.
  • Budget: the steps are $6,599 (MW12), $7,699 (MW16) and $8,999 (MW20) for the Standard option; heater options change the price.

ThermoWood is wood that has been heat treated, which gives it a darker tone and makes it well suited to life outdoors. Leave the door or vent open after each session so the interior dries.

Before you buy

  • Power: electric sauna heaters are hardwired. Have a licensed electrician plan the dedicated circuit for the heater you choose.
  • Space: exterior dimensions and seating are not listed on our pages, so confirm them before you order.
  • Base: prepare a flat, level, well-drained base such as a concrete pad or compacted gravel. For the wood-burning option, check local rules and clearances for the stove and chimney.
  • Assembly and delivery: these ship by freight, so plan delivery access and a place to unload.
  • Heater fit: confirm the heater output suits the room before ordering a Standard configuration.
  • Site: choose a spot with good drainage, a short path from the house and space to cool down between rounds.
  • Seasonal care: check the exterior each season and keep the roof edges and base clear of leaves and standing water.
