Assemble the lightweight sauna tent in under 5 minutes.
Fill the steam generator with clean water (up to 3L). Plug in and select your preferred temperature and timer using the remote control — the unit heats up in 5–10 minutes.
After use, allow the unit to cool before emptying any remaining water. Wipe down with the included microfibre towel and fold for compact storage.
